LONGVIEW, Texas—Citing his "vision and integrity," Stemco has promoted 15-year company veteran Chip Stuhr to be its vice president of sales and marketing.
Stemco, part of EnPro Industries, supplies commercial vehicle wheel, braking and suspension components, as well as tire and mileage solutions.
"Chip has a tremendous understanding of the industry and truly values the customer relationship," said Stemco President Eric Vaillancourt. "He has proven to be a culture builder and innovative thinker, and is committed to being an industry leader. His vision and integrity will help propel Stemco into our next chapter."
Stuhr was hired at Stemco in 2004 as a district sales manager and since then has worked various roles in sales, marketing, product and general management.
"The commercial vehicle industry is experiencing tremendous change, and Stemco will continue to adapt and innovate," said Stuhr. "I am honored and humbled to lead Stemco's commercial arm through what is shaping up to be one of the most exciting transformations the industry has ever seen."
Stemco maintains facilities in Texas, Michigan, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Canada, Australia, China and Mexico.
