NORWALK, Conn.—Vanderbilt Chemicals L.L.C. has made two recent staffing changes on the sales side, hiring Stefano Passini as Canadian sales manager and Aida Hadzic as technical sales representative and product manager, both for the rubber and plastics group.
Passini will look to gain market share for Vanderbilt Chemicals in Canada, using his 16 years of distribution experience to build relationships as he travels throughout the country.
He maintains experience in the additives industry in Quebec and has taken rubber courses at the University of Akron, according to Vanderbilt.
Hadzic will work remotely in Royal Oak, Mich., and will have sales authority over the upper Midwest territory. She joins Vanderbilt after working at Mitsui Plastics in the hose, coatings, automotive, adhesive and belt industries.
Hadzic also has worked for EFTEC North America, where she worked in research and development in polyvinyl chloride applications.
