HOUSTON—SBP Holdings has named Craig Osborne as its new president and CEO.
Osborne joined Houston-based SBP in 2013 and has held various senior roles, including vice president and chief financial officer. Most recently, he was vice president and chief operating officer.
He will take the roles held since 2016 by Don Fritzinger, who will remain as SBP's chairman.
Osborne received an MBA from Northwestern University and his bachelor's from Brigham Young. His work experience includes stints at Thermo Fisher Scientific, McKesson and Hewlett Packard.
"We have a fantastic team and business model in place," Osborne said. "I look forward to continue growing organically and through opportunistic acquisitions."
SBP Holdings includes Singer Equities, Bishop Lifting Products and Dakota Fluid power. Its Singer Equities unit is a decentralized group of value-added distributors in the industrial rubber products industry. Its 16 platform companies distribute and fabricate industrial and hydraulic hose, conveyor belt and gaskets from more than 40 locations in the U.S.
