LANCASTER, N.Y.—Pfannenberg Inc., a manufacturer of thermal management materials and liquid cooling solutions, has named Barbara Ross as its next director of channel and representatives.
Ross brings more than three decades of leadership experience to Pfannenberg. She will be charged with aligning Pfannenberg's independent representatives with robust channel development.
"All of us at Pfannenberg are thrilled to welcome Barbara to the team," said Earl Rogalski, president of the company. "Her dynamic leadership and impressive decades-long track record make her the ideal person to help drive Pfannenberg toward sustained growth."
Ross has worked in sales, and has "representative and distribution leadership experience."
In addition, Ross volunteers with the Power Transmission Distributors Association and PTDA Foundation. She previously served as president of the PTDA Foundation Board of Trustees.
Ross also donates her time to the Power-Motion Technology Representatives Association.
For her career accomplishments, Ross has won the PTDA Warren Pike Award for lifetime achievement in the power transmission/motion control (PT/MC) industry; and the PTDA Foundation Wendy B. McDonald Woman of the Year Award.
"Barbara is joining Pfannenberg at an exciting time of our growth trajectory," Rogalski said. "Her reputable leadership will be an indisputable value add to our community of trusted advisers, further fueling the speed at which we are able to innovate and engage our customer base."
Pfannenberg has been in business for more than 60 years. The company in 1958 invented the Filterfan, which continues to be sold today for temperature control in electrical enclosures.
