BAJA CALIFORNIA, Mexico—Sean Morgan is taking on the role of chief revenue officer at automotive supplier Morgan Polymer Seals.
With more than 20 years of sealing industry experience, Morgan will oversee growth strategies related to OEM sales, new market opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and location expansion.
Morgan previously worked at Amsted Seals & Forming, where he was vice president of sales and marketing. He also has worked at Parker-Hannifin and Freudenberg NOK.
"Over the last two decades, Sean has developed a diverse skillset across automotive, aerospace, industrial, and heavy duty transportation seal markets," Morgan Polymer President and CEO Kevin Morgan said in a news release.

Sean Morgan graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. He is a Six Sigma Greenbelt with an executive certificate for Leading Customer-Centric Growth from the Wharton School of Business, and he has formal training in The 4 Disciplines of Execution.
Sean Morgan also holds awards for technical innovation and has achieved the "Circle of Excellence" for sales growth and profitability.
