LINCOLN, Neb.—Monolith, a company that uses methane pyrolysis to convert natural gas into carbon black and hydrogen, has named Suzanne Grafton as chief accounting officer.

Grafton comes to Monolith from Kansas City Southern, where she served as vice president and chief accounting officer from July 2017 to May 2023.

"We are excited to welcome Suzanne to our growing team," said Rob Hanson, cofounder and CEO, Monolith. "She has a proven track record of creating value and leading teams in complex, fast-paced environments. I look forward to Suzanne joining as a key member of the leadership team and benefiting from her wealth of knowledge and expertise as we continue to execute against our strategic objectives."
