FORT WAYNE, Ind.—Kristee Mahler is the new human resources director for the Americas at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions.
The manufacturer and supplier of seals, bearings and custom-molded polymers hired Mahler Feb. 24.
"Two years ago, we announced an ambitious effort to create a central human resources organization," said Linda Muroski, president of Trelleborg Sealing Solutions' Marketing Americas and Global Healthcare and Medical. "We are excited to welcome Kristee because she is a focused and results-driven leader with the right experience to build on the foundation we've created."
According to Trelleborg, Mahler will lead growth and talent development as well as compliance with local regulations and laws.
Mahler previously worked for United Technologies Corp., MTD Products and Acument Global Technologies.
