Hausman joins Archer Advanced Rubber Components as director of quality

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.—Archer Advanced Rubber Components has added experience to its team with the addition of John Hausman as director of quality.

Hausman has worked in continuous improvement and global process sustainability roles for large manufacturing firms throughout his career.

"John's leadership in developing and managing quality systems along with his operations management experience make him a valuable addition to our team," said Archer General Manager Tony Long. "He will interface with our production, engineering and sales teams while developing and enforcing quality processes and procedures, leveraging new technology for improvement and ensuring accountability on every order."

Hausman previously worked in the mining industry, in process engineering, advancing to senior continuous improvement management. He will focus on communication between Archer and customer and production teams.
