LIVERPOOL, N.Y.—JGB Enterprises Inc., a distributor of industrial hose and fluid power products, recently detailed leadership changes for the company's top position.
Company President Robert Zywicki will retire after 30 years with JGB, to be replaced by Kevin Kilkelly.
Zywicki joined the company in 1990 as chief financial officer and has served as president since 2002. He will oversee the leadership transition, according to JGB.
"On behalf of the entire Board, I want to thank Bob for his inspired leadership at JGB," Dan Rodrigues, JGB chaiman, said in a news release. "Bob was well-respected by customers and had deep industry experience that transformed JGB's business portfolio over the last 30 years."
In addition to taking over the top spot at JGB, Kilkelly, who has a background in wholesale distribution, energy, military defense and aviation, will join the company's board of directors. He previously worked at Eriks North America, where he served as vice president of seals and plastics.
Kilkelly is a U.S. Army veteran.
"I am excited to be joining the team at JGB," Kilkelly said in a statement. "JGB has an amazing track record of supporting its longstanding customers throughout a diverse set of end markets. I look forward to building on JGB's previous accomplishments by continuing its focus on our customers and expanding the business through organic growth and bolt-on acquisition activities."
