LA PORTE, Ind.—Jaeger-UniTek Sealing Solutions Inc. promoted three people to sales leadership roles, the rubber products supplier said Feb. 23.
Colton Phelan has been promoted to vice president of sales, while Kyle Upp and Owen Strieter have been named market managers for the recreational vehicle segment.
Phelan will lead the development of new sealing solutions for the company's automotive, industrial and recreational vehicle customers.
"We are proud of Colton's achievements in helping customers develop best-in-class sealing products and his creation of an outstanding sales organization," said Kevin Casey, president of Jaeger-Unitek. "His automotive, industrial and recreational vehicle background, combined with his polymeric technical skills in material selection, profile geometries and sealing applications, position him to multiply results with our customers in innovating new profile extrusion solutions."
Upp and Strieter began with the company in the recreational vehicle market segment with the patented Flip 'N Seal system in 2021.
"Our customers continue to rapidly adopt and expand their use of our Flip 'N Seal products across many RV vehicle platforms," Phelan said. "Both Kyle and Owen are highly motivated and thoroughly enjoy assisting customers in the conversion."
Jaeger-Unitek is rubber and TPE extrusion manufacturer and a member of the Jaeger Group based in Hanover, Germany.
