Trelleborg promotes Castleman to vice president, Marketing Americas

FORT WAYNE, Ind.—Trelleborg A.B. has promoted Heather Castleman to vice president of Marketing Americas for the Trelleborg Sealing Solutions business segment.

The promotion takes effect immediately, according to Trelleborg.

"Heather is passionate about Trelleborg and the opportunities for growth in the Americas Industrial business," said Linda Muroski, president of Trelleborg Sealing Solutions. "She has led numerous teams to build capabilities that we rely upon today. Recently, Heather assumed responsibility for strategy development, took on mergers and acquisitions and is leading the integration of the recently acquired Minnesota Rubber and Plastics."

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions engineers, manufactures and supplies precision seals, bearings and custom-molded polymer components.

Castleman has worked for Trelleborg for 20 years. She will be charged with leading innovation and strategic goals, as well as guiding the business model on customer service within Marketing Americas.

She previously served as senior director of strategy and marketing for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions.
