BONN, Germany—The European retreading association, BIPAVER, has appointed Guido Gambassi as its new president, the association announced July 1.
Gambassi, a former deputy secretary of Italian retreaders association AIRP, served as BIPAVER's vice-president prior to the appointment.
He succeeds Jukka Lankolainen of Finland, whose term came to an end after two years of serving as president.
