LANSDALE, Pa.—Greene Tweed & Co., a manufacturer of custom seals and gaskets, has named Adam Phan as general manager of sealing systems.
The appointment is effective immediately.
"We are thrilled to bring Adam Phan on board as Greene Tweed's new general manager of sealing systems," President and CEO Magen Buterbaugh said in a Sept. 17 release on the hire. "Adam's proven record of strategic planning, product management excellence and talent development speaks for itself.
"His leadership will be invaluable to the business as we strengthen our ability to meet the evolving needs of our customers through new product capabilities and innovation."
Phan has more than 20 years of experience in aerospace and defense.
He will be charged with leading the sealing systems business and product management strategies for critical applications.
Phan previously worked for Fralock as vice president and general manager of space, aerospace and defense. He has held numerous strategic roles with other firms in those industries in the past.
Greene produces high-performance thermoplastics, composites, seals and engineered components for harsh environments.
