VIENNA—Frank Gumbinger, Semperit A.G. Holding's chief financial officer, has decided to terminate his contract early for "personal reasons." He will vacate the position March 19, but will act in an advisory capacity until mid-August, according to Semperit statement.
Petra Preining, who has been a member of the supervisory board and the audit committee of the group since 2017, will serve as interim CFO.
"During his time at Semperit, Frank Gumbinger has rendered great services to the transformation of the company," Walter Koppensteiner, chairman of Semperit's supervisory board, said in a statement. "We regret his departure, but respect his personal reasons and wish him ongoing success for his professional activities in Germany."
