GOTEBORG, Sweden—In anticipation of capacity expansions in tire recycling, Scandinavian Enviro Systems has appointed Staffan Kullberg as its next chief financial officer.
Former CFO Urban Folcker will take over in business control and process development in the financial area "required to support the company's expansion," Envrio said.
The appointments take effect immediately.
"Enviro is on the threshold of a very exciting but also demanding period," Enviro CEO Thomas Sorensson said in a statement. "We are actively preparing the establishment of our first full-scale recycling facility in parallel with addressing a sharp increase in interest from customers for both recovered carbon black and oil.
"By appointing Staffan Kullberg and assigning Urban Folcker with the responsibility for improving our business control and our processes in the finance area, we clearly strengthen our potential to implement our expansion plan."
Kullberg previously worked with Volvo Group as CFO of Volvo IT, as well as with Stockholm-based Ratos, an investment company, in senior financial roles.
