PAWCATUCK, Conn.—Davis-Standard L.L.C. has gone with experience for its next vice president of aftermarket sales, promoting Andrew Alaya to the position Feb. 24.
"Andrew will provide strategic leadership as we continue to develop and promote Davis-Standard's multi-faceted portfolio of aftermarket products and services," said Zachary Ament, Davis-Standard's executive vice president of aftermarket sales. "He has an excellent understanding of customer needs and available technologies. This aligns well with our goal of providing customers with the solutions that improve their processes while supporting their profitability and product quality."
Alaya has more than two decades of experience in PLC, drive and mechanical systems with his customer-centric work at Circonix Technologies, a division of Davis-Standard. He has worked in "machine fabrication, alignment services, engineering redesign, rebuilds and retrofits, maintenance training, installation, commissioning and startup, according to Davis-Standard."
With a reach that encompasses myriad industries, Davis-Standard works in the design, development and distribution of extrusion and converting technology.
