Sur-Seal L.L.C. recently name Dana Waterman as its new CEO.
CINCINNATI—Touted as a "visionary leader," Dana Waterman has been tapped as the next CEO of Sur-Seal L.L.C.
Waterman succeeds Larry Faist in the role, as Faist transitions to the Board of Directors at the custom sealing and tubing components manufacturer.
The appointment took effect March 9.
"I am excited to lead the Sur-Seal team through the integration of several recent acquisitions and identifying and executing on growth opportunities," Waterman said.
Waterman brings extensive executive experience to Sur-Seal, having served in CEO roles since 2002, some of which were in the rubber and plastic industries. His various leadership roles have been in the industrial, medical, aerospace, packaging, oil and gas, and building products markets.

Waterman said he will look to expand Sur-Seal through additional acquisitions and in new markets.
"We are fortunate to have found another leader that exemplifies the culture of Sur-Seal and the experience to lead this enterprise through its next phase of growth," said James Sidwa, a member of the Board of Directors.
Andrea Vandersall, also a board member, said she looks forward to working alongside Faist on the Board. Faist had served as CEO since 2018 and has been with Sur-Seal since 2013.
"It has been a pleasure to work with Larry as CEO during his tenure, and we look forward to continuing that work together as board members," she said.
Sur-Seal is a global company that predominantly serves the HVAC, lighting and medical spaces with its custom die-cut, molded and extruded parts.
