Amy Kulikowski, Alison Nudd promoted at Cooper-Standard

NORTHVILLE, Mich.—Cooper-Standard Automotive Inc. has made two additions to its executive team with the promotions of Amy Kulikowski and Alison Nudd.

Cooper-Standard June 13 promoted Kulikowski to vice president and chief accounting officer. The company June 22 promoted Nudd to vice president, global internal audit and compliance, the position previously held by Kulikowski.

The promotions take effect July 11 and Aug. 1, respectively.

"Alison's appointment is a further testament to our effective succession planning and the depth of talent on our finance team," said Jonathan Banas, executive vice president and chief financial officer. "With a demonstrated strength in management and leadership, Alison's background and experience will enable her successful transition into her new role."

Nudd, who previously served as senior director of financial reporting at Cooper-Standard, will be charged with oversight of Cooper-Standard's Sarbanes-Oxley program and risk management efforts.

Nudd has worked for Owens Corning in Toledo, Ohio, serving as global financial planning and analysis director, responsible for the company's $3 billion insulation business.

Prior to Owens Corning, Nudd served as director of external reporting at Mohawk Industries in Calhoun, Ga.

As vice president and chief accounting officer, Kulikowski will oversee accounting functions and SEC reporting, as well as financial systems and Cooper-Standard's global business services. She replaces Becky McCabe in the role.

In her previous position with Cooper-Standard, Kulikowski focused on operational excellence and value-added partnerships.

She previously worked for Delphi in accounting and integration, and for BorgWarner Inc., which acquired Delphi Technologies P.L.C. in 2020.

Additionally, she has held leadership positions in finance and controller posts. She started her career with Deloitte L.L.P. in Detroit in 1998.

Cooper-Standard, with about 23,000 employees across the globe, is a supplier of sealing and fluid handling systems and components in the transportation and industrial markets.
