FORT WAYNE, Ind.—Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, one of the major business segments within the Sweden-based Trelleborg A.B., has promoted Charise Weigel to customer success manager.
Weigel will assume the role at Trelleborg's ServicePlus centers in California, Iowa, Oregon and Wisconsin.
"I am looking forward to Charise helping us overcome obstacles and streamline processes to accelerate performance," said Elijah Soares, director of customer advocacy for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions. "Her customer experience and leadership background are an asset to our team."
Weigel brings more than 20 years of experience to the position, working at Trelleborg as warehouse manager and in the accounts payable and receivable division.
Most recently she worked as a customer success advocate.
Trelleborg Sealing Solution engineers, manufactures and supplies seals, bearings and custom-molded components for the automotive, aerospace and off-shore oil industries, among others.
