TRENTON, N.J.—H.M. Royal Inc. has added more than three decades of experience to its executive staff with the hiring of Al Chapman as director of finance.
Chapman will be charged with managing and planning "all financial aspects of the business."
He has worked for both for-profits and non-profits, zero revenue startups and $84 billion multinationals.
His previous roles have given him experience in finance, strategic planning, program management, fundraising, legal affairs and HR.
He resides in Elkins Park, Pa., with his two teenagers, where he enjoys hiking, kayaking, fishing, hunting, reading and roasting coffee.
H.M. Royal, founded 90 years ago, is a distributor of raw materials and ingredients for the rubber, plastics, adhesives and sealants markets.
