NEWMARKET, Ontario—AirBoss of America Corp. has added veteran leadership experience to its financial team, hiring Frank Ientile June 2 as its new chief financial officer.
Ientile comes to AirBoss of America, a group of businesses dedicated to compounding technology and engineering expertise, from Michigan-based Certus Automotive Inc., a supplier of chrome-plated parts for the automotive industry.
"Frank brings broad experience in the diversified industrials space, in addition to specific expertise in the automotive and heavy transportation sectors, to his new role with AirBoss," said Gren Schoch, chairman and CEO of AirBoss of America Corp. Ientile has 30 years of financial experience in the diversified industrials space, as well as oversight and management of North American and international finance teams.
Prior to his work with Certus, Ientile worked for with GFL Environmental, Royal Building Products, Magna Exteriors and Interiors and Mack Canada Inc.
