"Adam will continue to grow the business while taking on responsibilities for operations in order to drive greater efficiencies."
In addition to sales, marketing and long-term strategic efforts, Stiles will maintain responsibility for manufacturing, engineering and supply chain.
Stiles joined SSP in 2008 and has served in various roles with increasing responsibility for the niche provider of specialty silicone products.
The company was founded in 1989 and has about 54,000 square feet in Ballston Spa.
