ROUND LAKE, Ill.—Grieve Corp. has developed an electrically heated cabinet oven for Class 100 clean rooms.
No. 1023 is a 550°F oven used for curing small rubber pieces in rotating drums, Grieve said in a news release. It features 6-inch insulated walls and Type 304 2B stainless steel interior with a half-inch radius corners.
Controls for No. 1023 include all safety equipment required for handling flammable solvents, Grieve said. It also includes solid state heater control relays, a circuit breaker disconnect switch, an automatic door switch to shut off the heaters and drum drive when the door opens, and a mini-helic pressure gauge and validation port across each set of filters on the oven.
