GLENWOOD, Ill.—James Walker has launched a restructuring plan within its North American operations in a bid to grow its business and expand into new sectors.
As of April 1, James Walker Mfg. Co. and James Walker Oil and Gas Co. merged into one entity: James Walker North America. Under the new structure, company operations, including corporate offices, manufacturing and logistics are based out of the existing facility in Glenwood.
An additional team, based in Houston, is supporting existing oil and gas customers, as well as developing business across the south of the U.S., James Walker said.
The consolidation aims to enhance the company's overall product and service offering in North America, according to David Gibson, North America vice president at James Walker.
