AVON, Ohio—Terry Hill will take over as Maroon Group L.L.C.'s CEO effective May 1.
He succeeds Mark Reichard, who will continue to serve as executive vice chairman of the firm. Mike McKenna will also add the role of president to his existing responsibilities as chief operating officer of Maroon at that time.

Hill has served on Maroon's board of directors since March 2017 after spending 30 years with Univar, serving as executive vice president and chief commercial officer, president of Univar U.S. and managed ChemPoint, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America during his tenure.
McKenna's key responsibilities during his 15-year tenure with the Company have included executive responsibility for Maroon's service delivery, supplier management, operations, acquisition integration efforts and marketing.
