BEACHWOOD, Ohio—Power management company Eaton Corp. has named Mike Gallant senior vice president of manufacturing for the industrial sector.
In that role, Gallant will oversee manufacturing strategy for the company's industrial sector, which includes its vehicle, eMobility, aerospace and hydraulics businesses, according to a news release. The role had been vacant for more than a year, said Michael DeLeon, director of communications for the industrial sector. Don Brown had left that role for another within Eaton before leaving the company.
Gallant previously served as vice president of manufacturing operations and supply chain for Eaton's aerospace group. He had left the role with Eaton to serve as vice president of global operations and supply chain at Colfax, the release stated.
"Mike has a proven track record at Eaton, and we couldn't be more pleased for him to return to lead our manufacturing and supply chain," Uday Yadav, president and chief operating officer of Eaton's industrial sector, said in the release. "Mike has a unique ability to develop talent, build teams and deliver performance improvement, and is an asset to our organization and customers across the globe."
Eaton is headquartered in Dublin and has its North American headquarters in Beachwood.
