AURORA, Ohio—Philpott Solutions Group hired John White and Ron Burgess as two new technical managers.
White joins the Philpott plastic and rubber business as technical manager for plastic molding, and Burgess as the company's rubber technical manager, according to a Philpott news release. They will support Philpott's manufacturing and sales teams at the Aurora manufacturing facility.
White brings 20 years of industry experience, product development and machine design, and his contributions will be integral to the expansion of the plant, said Operations Director Ron Stayer.
Burgess complements rubber production at the Aurora facility with his technical role, said Stayer, and brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience around molded rubber design, processes and product development.
Philpott is a provider of custom molded rubber and plastic parts, adhesives, and horizontal and vertical shale basin well services fluids.
