MIRAMAR, Fla.—Simtec Silicone Parts has completed its leadership transition to the Rico Group, a global network of businesses focused on liquid silicone rubber molding technology.
Enrique Camacho, Simtec co-founder and president, will transition away from day-to-day operations on Aug. 31, according to a Simtec news release. The Rico Group appointed Franz Dilly as managing director sales and engineering Aug. 1.
The Rico Group fully acquired Simtec, a provider of liquid silicone rubber parts and LSR multi-shot components, in 2016, and the transition period has ended.
Camacho co-founded Simtec in 2001 in Wisconsin and the company relocated to Miramar in 2013.
