LONDON—Durex, part of the RB Group, has issued a recall due to quality issues with some of its condom products.
Certain non-latex condoms made earlier this year were found to be failing shelf-life durability tests, according to a July 31 press statement.
The expiration date of the recalled batches is between December 2020 and February 2021.
Durex went on to say that there was no immediate safety concern for consumers and only a limited number of batches were affected.
"Working closely with the relevant regulatory authorities, we have decided to recall these specific batches," Durex said.
