The International Tire Exhibition & Conference exhibit hall affords attendees a terrific look at the tire manufacturing industry.
Visitors to the show floor will not only get an overview of tire manufacturing, but an opportunity for an up-close look at many of the innovations that are already available.
Manufacturers and suppliers come from across North American and throughout the world to meet with the attendees of North America's largest tire manufacturing event. The exhibitors encompass all aspects of tire manufacturing, including testing systems, tire mold components, bearings, calendering systems, mold release agents, machinery guidance systems, labeling, marking systems and data collection.
Attendees also can explore the industry in the conference sessions, which will cover Materials for Enhanced Tire Performance, Tire Performance Testing, the Future of Tires, Advances in Tire Manufacturing, Tire Reinforcing Materials, Tire Failure Analysis, Tire and Material Characteristics, and Automation in Tire Manufacturing. The conference sessions are presented by industry experts, who attendees will be able to network with throughout ITEC's two-plus days in the exhibit hall, at breaks, lunches and the opening reception.
The exhibit hall is almost sold out, but a few openings remain, including a recently released 10-foot-by-20-foot premium booth near the entrance to the hall. A few choice sponsorships also are available. Held every other year since 1994, ITEC will take place Sept. 11-13 at the John S. Knight Center in Akron. ITEC attracts 1,500-2,000 delegates involved in all aspects of tire manufacturing from materials and design, R&D and testing to production and equipment, recycling and reuse.
