HOUSTON—Perpetual Rubber, a buyer, supplier and distributor of scrap, recycled and reclaimed rubber, has launched an initiative to acquire in 2018 a record amount of rubber through new and existing reclamation partnerships.
"We are experiencing an unprecedented demand for many types of rubber," Perpetual Rubber CEO Nic Campesi said in a statement, noting that firm is poised to buy large quantiles of rubbers including nitrile, EPDM, butyl, and natural to neoprene and FKM
Perpetual Rubber's "We Buy Rubber" campaign has client privacy and confidentiality as its hallmark, according to a press release, which said it keeps the origins of rubber scrap fully confidential.
The firm also claims that its clients save on costs such as labor and waste services while expanding their ability to produce high-quality products. Perpetual Rubber also creates pathways for clients to receive zero-waste and other important recycling certifications for ISO compliance, depending on the needs of the client, the company said.
