MAGOG, Quebec—Camso Ltd. is planning to raise aftermarket prices globally on its range of solid and pneumatic tires, tracks and track systems.
The price hikes, which range from 1 to 6 percent, are driven by rising raw materials, logistics and other operating costs, Camso said. The timing of the increases are based on market dynamics in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
"We've done our best to avoid a price increase with our aftermarket customers, but are now required to take action on this at the present time," Derek Bradeen, executive director, brand, communications and global marketing, said.
Camso also noted that it recently has introduced technology innovations in products across its construction, materials-handling and agriculture business lines that offer enhanced performance and life.
Camso goes to market with the Camso and Solideal brand names and promotes itself as the "Road Free" company to stress its concentration on off-the-road product categories.
