AKRON—The ACS Rubber Division has opened registration and housing for its 193rd technical meeting, to be held May 8-10 in Indianapolis.
Early registration pricing is available through March 31 and the discounted hotel rate at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis can be reserved through April 18.
The meeting will include the presentation of the 2018 Charles Goodyear Medal to Eric Baer, a professor at Case Western Reserve University.
Technical meeting session topics include: Presentations from the all of the technology award winners; the Professor Garth L. Wilkes Colloquium—From Structure to Properties; New Trends in Carbon Materials; Rubber Mechanics—Fatigue and Testing; Advances in Synthesis of Elastomers, Liquid Rubbers and Related Materials; Engineering with Rubber; and Contributed Session.
The meeting also will feature table-top exhibits on Tuesday during the session, for attendees to visit during breaks, at lunch and during the Welcome Reception. They cost is $500 and are available to the first 25 companies to sign up. For information on exhibiting, contact [email protected].
