INDIANAPOLIS—The Association for Rubber Products Manufacturers recently conducted its wage and salary study, resulting in the recently-released 2017 Wage and Salary Report.
The report is made available to the rubber industry and analyzes information on more than 55 job titles specific to the industry as well as operational benchmarks.
The data is analyzed and broken up in a variety of different ways, allowing rubber companies to benchmark their operations against others, quickly understand particular baseline data points specific to their organization, and includes a breakdown by annual sales revenue category with data points and analysis.
"The information contained inside this report is unmatched anywhere else in the rubber industry," ARPM Analytics Manager Ashley Burleson said in a statement. "This data allows rubber processing executives and human resources professionals to make more informed, more educated decisions when evaluating employee compensation. With 83 percent of rubber companies looking to hire more personnel over the next 12 months, understanding competitive wages for the various job functions is imperative."
