AKRON—It's been another busy year in the rubber industry, which means plenty of companies have had a chance to make their mark.
Which executive made the biggest impact? We need your help to decide.
Nominations for the Rubber & Plastics News Executive of the Year award will be accepted through Nov. 3. The honor goes to an executive in the North American rubber product industry who has been instrumental in the success of his or her company, or helped further the industry.
The executive must be from a manufacturer of finished rubber goods (including urethanes and TPEs), and firms both big and small are eligible. Suppliers to the industry won't be considered for the award, but they are encouraged to nominate a manufacturer.
To nominate an executive for the honor, fill out an online form, or email RPN News Editor Chris Sweeney the candidate's name, company, job title and why that person deserves the honor. Nominations also may be mailed to Chris Sweeney, 1725 Merriman Road, Suite 300, Akron, OH, 44313.
Deadline for nominations is Nov. 3.
The RPN editorial staff determines the winner, who will be revealed in our Dec. 11 issue.
