DARMSTADT, Germany—Vibracoustic G.m.b.H. has named Volker Christ as its next chief financial officer, replacing Stefan Eck who is leaving the company at the end of September.
Christ, who will assume the role on Sept. 1, is currently the head of corporate controlling and accounting for the Freudenberg Group in Weinheim, Germany, which holds full ownership of Vibracoustic.
After spending 15 years working with Proctor & Gamble Corp., Christ joined Freudenberg in 2004 as as corporate director of controlling for Freudenberg Home & Cleaning Solutions. In April 2007, he was named CFO and became a member of the firm's management board.
He switched to the parent company Freudenberg & Co. KG in 2012, assuming his current position as head of corporate controlling and accounting.
