MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio—Parker Hannifin Corp.'s board of directors named Todd M. Leombruno as the company's next vice president and controller, effective July 1. The board also appointed Michael Chung as the new vice president of eBusiness, IoT and services, effective Aug. 1, according to a news release.
Leobruno will replace Catherine A. Suever, who was recently elected to become executive vice president—finance and administration and chief financial officer of the Mayfield Heights-based motion and control technologies company.
Leombruno's career with Parker began in 1993 with his participation in the accounting trainee program, the release stated. He has since held roles including director of lean financial systems, director of investor relations and, most recently, group vice president and controller for the company's engineered materials group.
A filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission stated that Leombruno's annual base salary will be increased to $325,000.
Chung is currently vice president and president of the automation group for Parker. He joined the company in 1986 as an electromechanical field applications engineer before taking on leadership roles like vice president of operations for the hydraulics group and vice president for the Asia Pacific group, the release stated.
Chung will replace the current vice president of the eBusiness, IoT and services segment, Robert W. Bond, who will retire soon. Bond has been with Parker for 40 years, and will help Chung during the transition.
