HANOVER, Germany—Megadyne Group took time to celebrate its 60-year anniversary during the Hanover Fair 2017, which attracted 220,000 attendees from all over the world for its 70th industrial show.
On the second day of the event, which ran April 24-28, Megadyne hosted a special lunch to honor its six decades of business. Giorgio Tadolini, CEO of Megadyne Group, thanked employees and customers for their contributions to the company's history.
At the trade fair, Megadyne occupied 3,200-sq.-ft. booth and introduced several new products, including the Megalinear Quiet Self Track, polyurethane silent and self-tracking belts; Silver 2, higher performance belt generation; and RPP Steel, EPDM rubber belts with steel cords.
Founded in 1957 and headquartered in Mathi, Italy, Megadyne manufactures and develops belts and belting components for an array of machinery. The firm operates plants North America, Europe and Asia.
