DENVER—Johns Manville has selected Marcia Howes as its vice president, global supply chain.
The firm said she comes to JM from a similar position with BJC HealthCare in St. Louis, bringing more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of supply chain management and in driving operational excellence across complex organizations.
In her most recent position at BJC HealthCare, Howes directed all aspects of product sourcing, contracting, distribution and inventory control for a $5 billion hospital system.
She previously worked at Ecolab where she was vice president of global supply chain and head of global planning for both the medical device health care division and the water process systems businesses. Howes also held many senior level positions in supply chain operations with Amgen, Honeywell and Rhodia (now Solvay).

"Her extensive experience in supply chain management will benefit JM and our suppliers as we work together to successfully grow our businesses."
