DAYTONA, Fla.—In the days leading up to the Daytona 500, Goodyear and NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. teamed up to surprise one military veteran with the blimp ride of a lifetime—one in which Earnhardt Jr. served as co-pilot.
