MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio—Motion and control company Parker Hannifin Corp. has acquired Helac Corp. of Enumclaw, Wash., for an undisclosed amount, according to a news release.
Helac makes helical rotary actuators and attachments for markets including material handling and construction equipment. The release stated that it had revenues of about $75 million and about 300 employees in the fiscal year ending June 30.
Helac will become part of Parker's Cylinder Division in its Hydraulics Group. Its sales will be reported as part of the Diversified Industrial segment.
