FORT WAYNE, Ind.—The Fort Wayne Rubber Group will host its first technical meeting of year on Feb. 9.
Richard Strong, president of Elastomeric Consulting Services and senior chemist at the Johnsonite Rubber Flooring Division of Tarkett North America, will serve as the speaker for the technical session. His presentation will provide an overview of the variety of commercially viable Continuous Vulcanization processes—liquid curing media, hot air vulcanization, and microwave/hot air vulcanization—while highlighting their strengths and weaknesses.
A dinner will follow the technical session, which will be held at Ceruti's, 6601 Innovation Blvd. in Fort Wayne, Ind.
