"It allows members to examine and see alternative innovative processes used on the production floor, learn about business systems and approaches to customer service. It also gives members an opportunity to benchmark their own facility and get key take-aways, engage in a cross-talk with other senior manufacturing professionals about approaches to continuous improvement and network with industry peers."
The event will be the first of three ARPM plant tours in 2017. The second is scheduled for June 27 at Cardinal Manufacturing's facility in Strum, Wisc., and the third on Aug. 31 at Basic Rubber's Walled Lake, Mich., operation.
