INDIANAPOLIS—The Association for Rubber Products Manufacturers has expanded its staff with two new employees this spring.
ARPM named Ashley Turrell its organizational support specialist and Shelby Trusty its organizational support coordinator. The pair brings the association's staff to the largest size since its inception in 2010.
“I cannot say enough about the talent and dedication these team members bring,” ARPM Managing Director Letha Keslar said in a news release. “Not only do they match our culture, they are a tremendous asset to the ROI we strive to deliver to our members.”
Turrell comes to ARPM with extensive experience in the non-profit sector. ARPM said she launched an Indianapolis-based charter school and also worked with the office of Veterans Affairs. She will provide operational support throughout ARPM, specifically providing a deeper analysis of data, trends and reporting, according to the organization.
Trusty managed operations for the Indiana Licensed Beverage Association and will function as the office manager, liaison and advisor to ARPM leadership. The association said her role will focus on enhancing the customer service experience within the organization.
With 75 members, ARPM provides rubber manufacturers ideas, resources and networking events throughout the year in addition to company savings programs, industry studies and best practices.
