AKRON—A celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Banbury mixer and associated heavy machinery will be among the featured events at the International Tire Exhibition & Conference.
The biennial event will be held Sept. 13-15 at the John S. Knight Center in Akron.
HF Mixing Group USA's Bob McNabb has organized six presentations for the event, covering a variety of topics including a review of current mixing technology with a forecast for the future; process engineering; downstream equipment; and the advantages of integrating the mill room into a complete engineered system.
Other topics during the conference program include: “The Guayule Tire: A Progress Report” and The Future of Tire Production Plants;
The show floor has just 23 booths available. The conference agenda also is nearly complete.
