INDIANAPOLIS—The Association for Rubber Products Manufacturers will holds its inaugural Leadership Engagement Conference on March 23 at the Marriott Downtown at Key Center in Cleveland.
The forum is designed to hone the leadership skills of senior executives and staff level managers within the rubber industry. ARPM said ideas will be received and shared by attendees on how to be more effective.
The one-day event will include a roundtable discussion on new idea creation, networking opportunities and strategic marketplace information.
Each attendee will receive a personality profile highlighting behavior drivers.
Among the speakers at the event are Advisa President Heather Haas; Chris Kuehl, co-founder and managing director of Armada Corporate Intelligence; Randy Simpson, chief operating officer of Hexpol Compounding; and ARPM Executive Director Troy Nix.
The event will take place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Space is limited. Tickets are $249 for APRM members, $359 for non-members. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
