HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C.—South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley will be keynote speaker at the 32nd annual Clemson University Global Tire Industry Conference, scheduled for Hilton Head April 13-15.
Haley will speak at the Clemson conference's April 14 luncheon, according to a Clemson news release.
This marks the second time Haley has been keynote speaker at the Clemson conference. The first was in 2012, at the 28th annual meeting, according to the Clemson conference website.
The 32nd annual conference will begin the morning of April 13 with a session on “Retail Market Insights,” the website said. The afternoon session will have “New Technology” as its topic.
Other scheduled sessions include “Tire Industry Outlook” the morning of April 14; “Materials” the afternoon of April 14; and “Environmental” the morning of April 15.
