Our team includes polymer chemists, industry experts, technical sales and customer service representatives, all striving to elevate customer satisfaction and on-target solutions. During periodic and confidential on-site reviews, our field service representatives observe and analyze attributes such as equipment, operator activities, and production processes to solve problems, increase productivity, and improve product quality.
Continuous Process Improvement
Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) is a core capability offered by our Field Technical Services Group. HEXPOL champions internal continuous improvement methods, including our proprietary software systems: Prism formula management and Spectrum process control. We utilize LEAN/Kaizen to create a value stream with no waste. Our use of 6 Sigma identifies and corrects errors and defects in the manufacturing process. DMAIC is a problem solving method we leverage to: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control processes and products.
