Categories of tires affected by petition

    The petitions by Titan and the United Steelworkers union pertain to tires covered by the 14 categories tracked by the U.S. Department of Commerce via the Harmonized Tariff Schedule. They include:

    • 4011.20.10—Radial light truck tires, on- and off-highway;

    • 4011.20.50—”Other” light truck tires, on- and off-highway;

    • 4011.61.00—New pneumatic tires having a “herring-bone” or similar tread: Of a kind used on agricultural or forestry vehicles and machines;

    • 4011.62.00—New pneumatic tires having a “herring-bone” or similar tread: Of a kind used on construction or industrial-handling vehicles and machines and having a rim size not exceeding 61 centimeters (24 inches);

    • 4011.63.00—Pneumatic tires having a “herring-bone” or similar tread: Of a kind used on construction or industrial-handling vehicles and machines and having a rim size exceeding 61 centimeters;

    • 4011.69.00—Pneumatic tires having a “herring-bone” or similar tread: Of a kind used on golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, and for turf, lawn and garden, and trailer applications;

    • 4011.92.00—Pneumatic tires, of rubber: Of a kind used on agricultural or forestry vehicles and machines;

    • 4011.93.40—New pneumatic tires, of rubber, radial: Of a kind used on construction or industrial-handling vehicles and machines and having a rim size not exceeding 61 centimeters;

    • 4011.93.80—New pneumatic tires, of rubber, “other”: Of a kind used on construction or industrial-handling vehicles and machines and having a rim size not exceeding 61 centimeters;

    • 4011.94.40—New pneumatic tires, of rubber, radial: Of a kind used on construction or industrial-handling vehicles and machines and having a rim size exceeding 61 centimeters;

    • 4011.94.80—New pneumatic tires, of rubber, other: Of a kind used on construction or industrial-handling vehicles and machines and having a rim size exceeding 61 centimeters.
