• 4011.62.00—New pneumatic tires having a “herring-bone” or similar tread: Of a kind used on construction or industrial-handling vehicles and machines and having a rim size not exceeding 61 centimeters (24 inches);
• 4011.63.00—Pneumatic tires having a “herring-bone” or similar tread: Of a kind used on construction or industrial-handling vehicles and machines and having a rim size exceeding 61 centimeters;
• 4011.69.00—Pneumatic tires having a “herring-bone” or similar tread: Of a kind used on golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, and for turf, lawn and garden, and trailer applications;
• 4011.92.00—Pneumatic tires, of rubber: Of a kind used on agricultural or forestry vehicles and machines;
• 4011.93.40—New pneumatic tires, of rubber, radial: Of a kind used on construction or industrial-handling vehicles and machines and having a rim size not exceeding 61 centimeters;
