WASHINGTON—Sean Kelly is the recipient of the Recycling Research Foundation's 2015 National Scholarship, according to the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries.
Kelly, a master's degree student at the RRF's Metal Processing Institute, will use the $5,000 scholarship to continue his research on scrap characterization to optimize the recycling process as a function of polymeric and metallic composition, ISRI said.
Kelly received his B.S. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2014, ISRI said.
